Daggett County MBA acknowledges cash summary and opens $207,764.84 invoice register

The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority acknowledged receipt of its cash summary as of Aug. 8 and opened an invoice register dated Aug. 10 totaling $207,764.84; members noted reimbursements are pending to normalize cash across projects.
At its Aug. 12 meeting, the Daggett County Municipal Building Authority acknowledged receipt of the MBA cash summary and accounts receivable report as of Aug. 8, 2025, and approved opening an invoice register dated Aug. 10 totaling $207,764.84.
Speaker 2 said the authority is still awaiting reimbursements tied to ongoing projects and that the cash position will be adjusted once those reimbursements are processed. "We're still in terms of cash funding, we're still waiting for reimbursements to get that in the right place," Speaker 2 stated during the review.
The board moved and seconded a motion to acknowledge the cash summary and the accounts receivable report and then voted to approve opening the invoice register for the MBA in the stated amount. No disbursement requests were identified at the time and Speaker 2 noted no current accounts receivable associated with ADA on the report.
The board recorded 'Aye' votes to approve both the acknowledgment of the cash summary and the open invoice register.
