Commission approves routine financial reports, reimbursement and disbursement registers

Speaker 2 moved to acknowledge receipt of the commission's cash summary and accounts receivable reports as of July 25, 2025; Speaker 3 seconded and the commission approved the motion by voice vote. The board then approved the open invoice register dated July 24, 2025 for $22,135.83 related to RDA expenditures after a motion by Speaker 2 and a second.
Commissioners also approved a reimbursement register covering July 6–19, 2025 in the amount of $620.54 and acknowledged a disbursement summary for July 17–24, 2025 totaling $1,089,949.53. Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote; no roll-call tallies were read into the record during the meeting.
These approvals clear routine accounts-payable and cash-management items and allow staff to continue processing reimbursements and project payments. Commissioners asked staff to confirm budget timing and procurement compliance on an equipment item discussed later in the meeting.
