Unidentified Speaker 1, also a member, seconded the motion: "And I'll second the motion." When asked "All in favor?" both members responded "Aye," recording an affirmative vote.
Unidentified Speaker 1 noted the invoices were predated Sept. 4, 2025, and asked whether there were any orders, construction change directives, or purchases to consider beyond the register. Unidentified Speaker 2 said there were none of which they were aware. With no further business, Unidentified Speaker 1 adjourned the meeting by acclamation at 2:07 p.m.
The approval is a routine financial oversight action to clear outstanding vendor invoices. No amendments, additional motions, or dissent were recorded during the session.
