Council approves Silver Spur and Los Villas bids for concrete pad and approach work

The council also awarded sidewalk and approach work to the bidder that could start sooner (referred to in the meeting as Los Villas/Los Diaz/Hector) after members noted the alternate bidder might not be able to begin until spring. Councilors emphasized start date and contractor availability when making the award but noted final amounts might be adjusted depending on available funding.
Staff were directed to notify the winning contractors and coordinate minor adjustments depending on final funding levels.
