Staff noted color differences between on-screen displays and the emailed pantone files and said printed color samples can be provided. Councilmembers supported having a consistent guide to assist city contractors, partners and the film commission when promoting locations.
The council also announced the 2024 fiscal audit has been completed and is available in digital form; Smuin will send a copy. A motion to approve the city's agreement described in the transcript as "for preventing the debt" was moved and approved. The consent agenda — including the May 2025 financial report, July 2025 payment approval report, June 2025 treasurer report and council minutes from May 13, 2025 — was unanimously approved. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
