Meadow reports park improvements and cemetery security concerns after equipment goes missing

Speaker 6 also reported a sinkhole near the park restroom and told the council Jordan will fill it in; Speaker 6 said staff expect to have the area repaired "before the 20 fourth," as stated in the meeting record.
At the cemetery, Speaker 6 said new sprinkler heads "have disappeared," and the council directed a new deadbolt be installed on the cemetery shed and new keys issued to limit access. Speaker 4 and others raised concerns about tools and mowers left outside and noted mice and other rodents were damaging equipment; staff discussed protective measures during cleanup, and Speaker 4 warned about hantavirus/rodent-borne risks and recommended wetting down debris before stirring it up.
No formal motion or expenditure was recorded for immediate replacement of the missing parts; staff said they would procure new sprinkler heads and change shed locks as an administrative action.
