Council approves home permit with septic condition; minutes and claims cleared

Both motions were seconded and carried by voice vote (ayes).
Other business: Council discussed youth-council recruitment and volunteer needs for community events (Easter egg hunt), road crack-fill activity and pending grant-supported streetlight work. Members also agreed to send condolences/flowers to an absent employee whose father died.
