Staff reported the town of Dutch John reviewed and signed off on the infrastructure and construction warranty work. The RDA approved disbursement request number 10 — in the amount of $88,487.37 — to be paid directly to Cicada Cove LLC, and to close escrow account number 1473056. A motion to approve that disbursement and close the escrow account was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
