Speaker 3 noted the project has been re-engineered after several larger landowners rescinded previously promised access, and that the proposed route will need adjustments to avoid conflicts with future hangars and a helipad road presented by CIVCO Engineering.
Commissioners requested Sunrise Engineering (identified in the packet as James Israelson) be present in person or virtually to walk through the plan. Speaker 2 said staff should not approve the alignment without being able to understand the maps. Speaker 5 moved to table item 3 until next week and invite Sunrise; the motion was seconded and the board voted to table the item.
