Daggett County MBA hears progress updates on water treatment plant and community clinic construction

Speaker 1 raised a separate operational concern: the contractor has been taking loads of construction trash to the town dump and believed they would be charged the residential rate but were billed the commercial rate. Speaker 1 said the mayor will take that question to the town council to determine whether the contractor can be charged the residential rate to help them stay within budget.
