Shannon (staff) presented maps and explained the application; commissioners asked no substantive questions. Staff noted one email in the meeting packet counted as public comment. The commission then moved to recommend approval to the county commission based on the staff report and findings; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
Next steps: staff will forward the recommendation, attendant maps and the public correspondence to the county commission for final action during its docket process.
