Lindell council to consider raising community building deposit and usage fees

Speaker 3 suggested collecting quotes from cleaning contractors and using the average quote to set the deposit. Speaker 1 committed to obtain and present cleaning quotes at next month's meeting.
The council also reviewed nonresident fees as currently proposed in the draft: $75 for up to four hours and $175 for a full day. Council members said residents use the building most and emphasized balancing affordability with maintenance costs.
