The Lindell Town Council adopted a parks and recreation resolution to update town‑hall rental rates and deposits.
Spencer Proctor (Speaker 2) presented changes that would increase the resident four‑hour rate from $30 to $50, raise full‑day resident and nonresident fees and increase the refundable cleaning deposit. Proctor moved to adopt resolution 20 25 0 2; the motion was seconded and the council recorded unanimous 'Aye' votes from members present, including a roll-call affirmation by Matthew Draper, Spencer Proctor, (Smith/)Myth Bishop, Richard Pine and the mayor pro tem.
Council asked staff to update the town website with the new rates and to publish the refundable‑deposit policy; staff agreed to post a photograph of the new rate sheet to the website. The resolution specifies that the deposit is refundable if the user cleans the building after use.
