Daggett County MBA acknowledges financial reports and appoints Matt Tibbets as 2026 chair

The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority on Jan. 13 approved routine financial items and selected its chair for 2026.
The board acknowledged receipt of the MBA cash summary and accounts receivable report as of Jan. 9, 2026, and approved the open invoice register for Jan. 8, 2026. The amount read aloud during the meeting contained a minor discrepancy in the record ($3,402.18 and $3,403.18 were both spoken); the board approved the register as presented. The board also received the disbursement summary for Jan. 5–Jan. 8, 2026, for the ADA account in the amount of $377,445.71 for field construction.
In leadership business, a motion and a second were made to nominate the incumbent to continue as chair. S1 identified himself during the nomination as Matt Tibbets and said he would accept the nomination if there was consensus. The motion was seconded and the board voted in favor by voice vote; the chair appointment was recorded as approved.
All routine financial acknowledgements and the chair appointment passed by voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 09:48 a.m.
