Daggett County Municipal Building Authority approves financial reports, hears construction progress for two projects

The authority approved the minutes for the Sept. 16, 2025 meeting after Speaker 2 moved to approve and a second was recorded. Speaker 1 then presented the cash summary and accounts receivable report as of Sept. 18, 2025; the board acknowledged receipt by voice vote.
Speaker 1 presented an open invoice register dated Sept. 22, 2025, in the amount of $679,183.50, which the board approved. On construction, Speaker 2 reported progress at the water treatment plant, saying it was "ready to put the roof on," and noted the structure is moving toward enclosure pending weather.
