New clinic building: basement framed, south-side backfill paused pending water line work

Unidentified Speaker 2 gave a construction progress report on the new clinic building, saying the basement framing is in place and parts of the upper walls are up. Speaker 2 said crews are close on backfill but are awaiting installation of a water line on the south side before completing that work.
"Well, we got the basement frame. They've got part of the walls up on the upper building. They're getting close on the backfill.... they're supposed to start on the roadway and do the water line coming out of... they haven't backfilled at all on this on the south side waiting to put the water line in," said Unidentified Speaker 2.
Speaker 2 also noted audible vibration from ongoing work at the site. No schedule changes or budget adjustments were proposed or voted on during the meeting. The construction meeting was later rescheduled from Thursday to Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., according to the presiding speaker.
