The board moved and seconded a motion to approve the open invoice register as presented, with the register dated the 29th and including the $502,084.41 pay application. The motion passed with two recorded 'aye' votes. With no further business, the chair closed the special meeting; speakers cited the adjournment time as 4:03 p.m.
The meeting roster as announced at the start included Commissioners AC and Tibbets, clerk Dorinda Isaacson, the county economic development director, the county assessor and the county auditor. Staff indicated they will bring any change-order documentation back for review when it has been submitted by the contractor and approved by the architect.
