An on-record representative said the house is in place and there appears to be ample parking. Commissioner Alex stated they would abstain from the vote. Following a motion and second, the remaining commissioners voted in favor; the motion carried.
The commission’s approval is a recommendation to Town Council consistent with the town’s permitting process. The council will receive the commission’s recommendation and may incorporate or modify any conditions before issuance or renewal. The commission recorded no amendments to the permit at the meeting.
