At its March 18 session, the Bicknell Planning and Zoning Commission was reminded that the regional growth summit is scheduled for May 6 and that a registration link had been circulated.
Unidentified Speaker 2 told commissioners, “May 6 is the regional growth summit,” and said the link was forwarded from Brock and that attendees can pick the classes they want to attend. The speaker encouraged participation, calling the summit “a great training” and recommending commissioners register.
Later in the agenda the commission moved to adjourn the regular portion of the meeting and begin a training session. Unidentified Speaker 2 introduced the training, welcomed the town council to participate and welcomed presenter Rob Terry.
The announcements were procedural and informational; no contracts, budget items or formal votes were tied to the summit or the training during the recorded exchange. The meeting transitioned immediately into the scheduled training following the adjournment motion.
