Emigration Canyon — The Emigration Canyon Planning Commission on Thursday voted unanimously to recommend that the City Council adopt a consolidated set of engineering standard drawings and specifications designed to satisfy a state requirement that took effect this week.
Cameron, an engineering staff member with the Municipal Services District (MSD), told commissioners that House Bill 368 took effect the day before and requires municipalities to formally adopt construction and roadway standards.
