Willard, Utah — At the Sept. 18 meeting the Willard City Planning Commission administered the oath of office to Diana Baker after her appointment, reviewed a conditional-use permit for an ATV repair business and approved minutes for the Sept. 4, 2025 meeting.
Diana Baker was sworn in after being appointed to a planning-commission seat; she repeated the oath of office and signed paperwork to be returned to staff. "Having been appointed to the office of planning commission member ... Do solemnly swear or affirm," Baker recited during the ceremony.
Staff reported that the CUP issued to Dwayne Dominguez on March 13, 2024, for an ATV repair business at 369 W. 200 N. had produced no complaints to date; staff will continue outreach but noted operations appear to be proceeding without reported issues.
The commission also approved the planning commission minutes for Sept. 4, 2025 by voice vote and later moved and seconded motions to schedule October public hearings for the wetlands map amendment and the Old Town Willard zoning updates. The meeting adjourned following a motion to adjourn.
