‘‘We might have to change it so that you get permission to enter the meeting,’’ Speaker 11 said, adding that future virtual attendees may be placed in a waiting room and admitted by the host to avoid recurrence. Committee members supported the change and flagged the need to protect public meeting decorum and prevent hijacking of the public‑comment line.
No formal disciplinary action was taken during the meeting; the Travel Bureau said it would follow up with IT after the session.
