Daggett County approves cash summary and invoice and reimbursement registers; packet-posting procedure questioned

At its Oct. 20, 2025 meeting, the Daggett County Commission acknowledged receipt of the county cash summary dated Oct. 16, 2025, and approved the open invoice register dated Oct. 20, 2025 in the amount of $151,884.81.

Speaker 2 moved to approve the open invoice register and Speaker 5 seconded; affirmative votes were recorded and the motion carried. Earlier, Speaker 5 moved to acknowledge the cash summary and the accounts receivable report; the body voted "Aye."

The commission also approved a reimbursement register and a payroll/disbursement summary for the period Sept. 28–Oct. 11; the amount stated verbally during discussion appears as "$302.92" in the transcript, though the audio/print formatting is inconsistent in the supplied minutes and the clerk should confirm the exact figure.

Commissioners flagged a procedural issue with the disbursement summary packet: several members said the packet currently is posted after the commission meeting rather than beforehand.
