The Planning Commission approved the day’s agenda and the previous meeting’s minutes, scheduled a resubmission for a pending lot line adjustment, and adjourned the meeting.
Michael Bass moved to approve the agenda as written; Jenny Harris seconded, members voted in favor and the motion carried. Later the commission voted to approve the minutes of the previous meeting after a motion and second.
When the commission entertained the lot line adjustment request, members reiterated they could not vote without the official survey and map. Staff and commissioners set the next regular meeting for June 10 and asked the applicant to notify staff if the survey arrives earlier so a special meeting could be called. No formal vote was taken on the lot line adjustment.
The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn was made and seconded; members voted in favor and the meeting ended.
