Emery County commissioners approve routine business, back park deeding and cross-appeal resolution

A consent agenda was approved early in the meeting after an unidentified commissioner moved to accept it and a second was recorded; roll-call votes were recorded as “Aye” by Warwood, Leonard and Jensen and the motion passed. The commission later opened and accepted RFQ submissions for professional services to prepare a master plan for the Emery County Industrial Park; staff confirmed the submissions were RFQs and on time.
The commission approved a $250 donation to the Emery High School Rodeo team for 2025 and appointed Commissioner Dennis Warwood as the county’s representative to the Utah Energy Research Board.
