Daggett County Commission accepts cash summary and approves invoices and disbursements
Summary
The Daggett County Commission voted to accept the county and RDA cash summaries and approved the open invoice register (corrected to $48,593.10) and the disbursement listing totaling $151,053.57 (void $3,199.08). Motions carried unanimously as recorded.
The Daggett County Commission on Nov. 21 accepted the county and RDA cash summary and accounts receivable reports and approved routine payments and disbursements.
Commissioners moved and seconded motions to accept the cash summary dated 11/21/2025 and to approve the open invoice register dated 11/19/2025 and the disbursement listing for 11/13–11/19/2025. During the open-register discussion, an amount originally read aloud as $4,848,593.10 was immediately clarified by meeting leadership and recorded as $48,593.10; the commission approved the register at the corrected amount.
The disbursement listing approved totaled $151,053.57 with a stated void amount of $3,199.08. All motions on these routine financial items carried with ayes recorded.
The approvals put the commission on record with the county’s financial reports and cleared the listed invoices and disbursements for processing. Staff noted that the county maintains standard procurement and contracting processes when the county is the event sponsor or contract holder. Further budget-line detail and supporting documentation remain part of the county’s regular financial packet and will be available with the minutes.
