Clerk/staff read the applicants and addresses for Computer Nerds Inc., Wes’s Auto Repair, Holzer Performance, Tender Touch Massage, Jill’s Hairstyling, Spence Transportation, Coleman Trucking Company and Caiun LLC (blueprints). A council member moved to approve the renewals, another seconded, and the motion carried by voice vote.
On warrants and the budget update, staff reported receiving a Blue Stakes bill for $66.28; the council agreed to add the bill to the warrants and approved payment. The council approved the December/January warrants by vote. Staff also encouraged public participation in the town’s general‑plan survey (QR code on a table) and noted a history booklet available for circulation. Staff said the town is hiring a part‑time assistant (about 10 hours/week) to help cover office duties and planning‑commission minute‑taking.
