Planning staff said some allegations lack documentary support in town minutes or recordings and cautioned about privacy limits on disclosure. Staff also said the town had pursued legal steps where violations were substantiated (for example, sending legal notices to a 3000 South property). Council members agreed that staff should respond in writing to the complainant about items that do not appear to require action, and to pursue further investigation or legal remedies for substantiated violations. The council emphasized creating a paper trail for any follow‑up.
