BISMARCK, N.D. — City engineering staff presented options to the Historic Preservation Commission on Nov. 19 for replacing downtown pedestrian streetlights, recommending modern LED fixtures that staff and Downtown Design Review say will be easier to maintain than the existing globe-style fixtures.
