Commission approves signature to finalize plat aiding Argusville city-hall site

Cole Hanson, speaking for the City of Argusville, told the Cass County Commission that the city is seeking to build a new city hall on land adjacent to the Argusville shop and asked the county to sign a finalized plat to square off several small, irregular county lots along Cass County 81. Hanson said the work will also address a parking pad that crossed into city right-of-way and said the adjustments would create a larger developable lot for the city.
Action taken: Commissioner Capitan moved to approve the request to sign the final plat when submitted; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call.
