Tupelo council approves routine contracts, awards and ordinance publication

The council also awarded the Ballard Park Lakeshore Improvements bid and approved the corresponding contract, and approved an RFQ and the operations contract for tennis instruction and facility operations at Rob Leak City Park.
In addition, the council recorded proof of publication for an ordinance amending the development code (Chapter 5 overlay districts) to add the "Park Hill Residential Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District" (TA-205-0.01). Several items were tabled earlier in the meeting by motion.
