Daggett County Commission approves March cash summaries and disbursements

The Daggett County Commission voted on April 1 to accept financial reports and authorize disbursements, approving the county and Redevelopment Agency cash summary dated March 27, 2025, an open invoice register run on March 28, 2025, and a disbursement summary covering March 24–28.
"Make a motion to accept the RDA and Daggett County cash summary for all bank accounts as of 03/27/2025," an attending commissioner said before the vote passed by voice. Commissioners then approved the open invoice register showing a run date of 03/28/2025 for $54,541.27 and accepted the disbursement summary for $58,343.32 with a municipal void amount of $8,040.03.
During discussion, a commissioner asked staff to follow up on several outstanding reimbursements and grants, naming the sewer plant DWQ loan, search and rescue reimbursements, EMPG funds and a lead-and-copper related reimbursement that did not appear in notes. County staff agreed to coordinate with Trevor and Brianne and to contact grant administrators to confirm status and next steps.
The motions were moved and seconded on the record and approved by voice; supporting documents were signed after the meeting.
What happened next: commissioners directed staff to pursue clarifications on submitted reimbursement requests and to report back on contact with the granting agencies.
