Staff noted two attached versions of the document had inconsistent pagination and a typographical error that labeled a subparagraph as the "second" amendment; commissioners directed staff to correct the references so the draft consistently reads "third amendment" before final execution. Commissioners indicated the terms in the amendment reflect prior verbal agreements with the developer and voted to approve the corrected document.
The motion passed by voice vote and staff said they would send the corrected, executed agreement to the involved parties.
