"If somebody knows that, they should report it," Speaker 3 said, adding that some local pilots typically respect minimum ceilings but that one pilot has been observed flying under the pipeline.
The commission did not take formal regulatory action at the session. The discussion concluded as the meeting moved on to other agenda items and then recessed to the municipal building authority meeting.
