Daggett County officials prepare emergency meeting as engineers work on change order

S2 told the commission they had asked for materials in an OAC meeting on Thursday and said the engineers had described the Tuesday target as ambitious; a Thursday or Friday delivery was more likely. "They're gonna do their best," S2 said.
On whether a meeting could be entirely virtual, S1 asked if a "base home location" was required. S2 replied, "I believe you have to have 1 in person," indicating at least one person must attend physically. Commissioners and staff discussed availability constraints around the 24-hour notice window and agreed staff will coordinate and post notices once the engineering clearance is received.
