The presiding official asked for a motion to go in and out of the RDA agenda; Bart Jensen moved and (per the transcript) also seconded the motion, which carried on a voice vote with three recorded 'Aye' responses.
After that action, Bart Jensen moved to approve the Daggett County Commission and RDA minutes from Aug. 26, 2025; Speaker 1 seconded and the commission approved the minutes by voice vote with three 'Aye' responses. No members recorded opposition or abstentions on either motion.
