At its May 20, 2025 meeting the Daggett County Municipal Building Authority approved routine administrative items before addressing the clinic procurement. The board: 1) approved the minutes from the May 13, 2025 MBA meeting (motion and second; one abstention recorded), 2) accepted the MBA cash summary and accounts receivable as of May 16, 2025 (motion and second; approved by voice), and 3) accepted the MBA disbursement summary dated May 12–15, 2025 in the amount of $41,760 (motion and second; voice vote).
During the disbursement discussion board members sought clarification about which meeting and which account specific payments belonged to. Staff and board clarified that a $41,820 payment to Jones and DeMille related to clinic work appeared in the MBA packet and that advertising payments (Rocket Miner and others) were being discussed in the county meeting and separate accounts. The board moved through the financial items by voice without recorded roll‑call votes.
The meeting adjourned at 10:04 a.m.
