The council then carried a large consent agenda (items 16–22, 24–33) as amended by supplemental communications; the clerk recorded the roll call and the motion passed. Items 31 and 32 had updated recommended actions included in supplemental materials. Councilmember Don pulled Item 23 to highlight a grant’s public‑health benefit — including prescreening cancer tests — and council subsequently approved Item 23 by roll call.
Votes recorded at the meeting were unanimous for the ordinances and consent items referenced.
