Committee OKs expansion referendum for St. Lucie County mosquito district

Ken Privett of St. Lucie County waived in support during public testimony. The clerk called the roll and the committee recorded a 15–0 vote to report the bill favorably.
Because the measure requires voter approval to expand the district’s boundaries, the next step is for the bill to be processed for subsequent consideration; no fiscal amendment or debate was recorded.
