Temporary special-event beer and wine licenses Diamond Fogg, programs manager for Legacy Decatur, requested local special-event beer and wine licenses for a series of nonprofit-sponsored events at Legacy Park (Legacy Community Day on April 26; Trucking Tuesdays in May and September; the Landlocked Oyster Festival on Oct. 19; and Compassion Con on Oct. 26). The commission moved, seconded and approved the temporary local licenses as presented.
