Deputy Manager Bosley summarized consent items that had been approved at the Feb. 4 meeting and several new‑business resolutions before trustees voted to approve the full consent agenda by roll call. The consent package included the second consideration of an ordinance establishing SSA 110 for curb and gutter on 1st Street (Sherwood Road to the cul‑de‑sac) and multiple contract actions: a one‑year agreement (with three renewals) with TKB Associates for the village’s Laserfiche document‑storage SaaS platform; a two‑year agreement with GovWorks for Comms Coach AI in the amount of $59,500; a $192,000 contract amendment with Pacific Construction Services for the public‑works campus improvement project; a five‑year agreement with the Suburban Tree Consortium for annual tree purchases; a one‑year extension to Best Technology Systems Inc. for gun range maintenance; an intergovernmental agreement with the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network; a one‑year contract extension with On Time Embroidery for fire uniform outfitting; and approval of the voucher list for Feb. 18, 2025.
On item 11a, Mr. Clark presented a proposed amendment to the Glenview Municipal Code, Chapter 6 (Alcoholic Beverages) to increase the number of Class A liquor licenses from 55 to 56 to restore service at Real Bamba Latin Kitchen, 1869 Waukegan Road; the board approved the ordinance on first consideration by voice vote.
