Scott County releases Popular Annual Financial Report; medic EMS reports $566,000 operating deficit

David Farmer presented Scott County's 2025 Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) and summarized the county's fiscal position for the board at its Dec. 18 meeting.
Farmer said the PAFR is a companion to the county's financial statements and will be distributed to board members and the public; he noted the county's external auditor had provided an opinion earlier in the week.
