Dylan Gebhardt, legislative liaison for the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), said the bills “clarify the processes for submitting claims and invoices,” separate claim and invoice requirements, update submission timelines and establish eligibility for federally recognized tribes to access financial responsibility under the fund.
