Holyoke management extension (Resolution 2025-12): The board approved execution of the second 45-day extension of the management agreement with the Holyoke Housing Authority, retroactive to 08/09/2025, as recommended by EOHLC. Commissioner Tarbutton moved to approve; Commissioner Healy seconded and the vote was unanimous.
Section 8 CMAP certification (Resolution 2025-13): The board adopted Resolution 2025-13 to submit the FY25 Section 8 Management Assessment Program (CMAP) certification on HUD form 52648 and authorized officers to sign the form. The motion was moved and seconded and the roll call vote was unanimous.
