Board approves consent agenda, schedules closed session and designates MASB delegates

The motion to approve the consent agenda was moved by Trustee Wilkerson, seconded by Trustee Schmidt and carried unanimously.
On board action, the board discussed delegates to the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) delegate assembly on Oct. 23, 2025 in Acme. After identifying trustees who could attend, the board voted to designate two trustees as delegates (motion carried).
Trustee Wilkerson moved to adjourn the meeting, Trustee Schmidt seconded, and the board adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
