The Richmond Common Council voted Jan. 20 to appoint Josh Imhoff to a seat on the Urban Enterprise Association board.
Ed de la Paz, director of the Urban Enterprise Association, asked the council to fill the vacancy left by Diane Whitehead and recommended Josh Imhoff, describing him as a resident of the zone and engagement manager at Morrison Reams Library who also serves on the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Historic Preservation Commission. "Josh is a resident within the zone and currently serves as the engagement manager at Morrison Reams Library," de la Paz said.
Council followed procedure to hold the nomination until the next meeting, then moved and seconded the appointment and approved it by voice vote.
