Minutes: The board approved the Nov. 20, 2025 minutes. Members held the Dec. 4 minutes for review after an apparent payroll amount error was identified and asked staff to verify the figure.
Handicap renewal: Aaron Stevens, administrative resource officer, requested renewal of a handicap parking sign at 420 Lincoln Street; the board approved the renewal by voice vote.
Contracts and work orders: The board approved multiple contracts by motion and voice vote, including:
