The Richmond Sanitary District board approved several procurement and budget items Dec. 4, authorizing new leases, routine invoice payments and a contract change order tied to a treatment-plant levy project.
Staff recommended and the board approved a five-year sole-source lease renewal with Pitney Bowes to replace mailing equipment and include maintenance. Staff said the new lease would cost $1,340.07 per month for 60 months beginning Jan. 1, 2026, down from the current $1,504.96 monthly charge.
