Staff member (Speaker 2) said the county has commissioned background studies — a community profile by the Berkeley Group, a market analysis by Partners for Economic Solutions, a fiscal impact study by Tischler Bise, and transportation modeling tied to regional MPO work — and stressed that projection results are inputs to, not determinants of, future land-use decisions: "don't take this as any assumption that this is then gonna drive all of our future land use decision making," Speaker 2 said.
