Regional housing trust fund repays small repairs in Wright County; $88,637 carryover reported

He said the program helps prevent blight and preserve tax rolls by keeping homes in good repair.
Aaron reported a carryover/local-match balance of $88,637 for Wright County and said the 2026 allocation from the regional trust fund is approximately $73,002; those dollars flow from state appropriations through regional partners (Midas) to participating counties. He asked supervisors to help refer residents who need small-scale repairs and thanked the board for a $15,000 local contribution last year that leveraged Trust Fund dollars.
